I do. Really fascinating, and interesting first tests.
I've scooped Marcus' lesson to the last bit.
I love this forum!

Leica accessories can be very expensive.
Fortunately the one I need is quite common.
Its's the OEUPO, later called #16474. It was used as an extension ring to take pictures at a closer distance with the head of the Summicron Canada f/2 90mm on the short throw focusing helicoid that allowed to mount the lens on a Visoflex II or III.
I have a leitaxed Viso>R adapter, the original focusing helicoid, and two lens heads that I removed from the original Leica M barrel: Summicron 2/90mm and Elmarit 2.8/135mm.
Both work great on my K-1, but the MFD is laughable, especially with the 135mm.
With this ring, that takes a minimal space in the bag, I will finally be able to shoot closer subjects with these two wonderful optics.
Bought the ring from Denmark for 12 euros plus (cheap) shipment.
It needs some cleaning, but its usefulness will repay the price a hundred times
