Our Goodwill doesn't do cameras in the store. Nice finds.
All I saw was this frayed and faded camera bag. I asked if I could see it, and when I opened it up and I spotted the KS stamped on it I knew instantly I was going to buy it. The fact that $15 landed me the bag, two lenses and a mildly broken camera was just gravy.

I've been wanting a Sears body for a while since I started gathering Sears lenses up. If I can get this door repaired, I'm golden. The Super II was one of the better Sears cameras in its day. Its a clone of the Ricoh KR-10 Super.

I go to Goodwill here and there and every time I find a film SLR, it's always in the auction box so I don't even bother. Sighs.

Not really an acquisition ...
A month ago i found 2 Aps film (kodak color 200 iso, and fuji superia 200 iso), already exposed and not expired.
They are being processed right now
First time i wait for unknown rolls

All i hope is that :
1/ there is something on the roll
2/ that's'not a sort of crime pictures or anything :S

Now that I have a DA15 and am trying my hand at more landscapes I was on the lookout for a nice multicoated FLW filter. Found a nice Hoya for $6 and it's on it's way to me now.

I have ran into some Miranda's etc. a few times. But it is usually bleak.

I got a Mamiya 135 compact rangefinder for €10. The viewfinder window is cracked, the seals and a big foam pad in the back need changed, the focus is stiff and I don't know yet if the light meter works. But the €10 went to charity and it's my first rangefinder, so I'll have a play with it.

Today I went to Salvation Army and found a Soligor 135mm f2.5 (not f2.8) in PK mount for only 5 bucks, fits my Pentax MX perfectly. Lens was in almost mint condition, glass was clean and no fungus or dust. Only a small scratch on the built-in lens hood.

Got this in the mail today

Definitely a step up from my Sigma 530 DG ST - not like the Sigma was any bad though, got it for $99 so it was good value.... just definitely needed something with more!

My most recent acquisitions are a Takumar 70-200 F4 lens and some 49mm filters. I know nothing about the Takumar lenses, if they are considered mediocre or good or great but I paid $25.00 for it.
