Pentax 67 to Pentax 645 lens adapter

New 67-645 adapter will let me use my Pentax 67 lens collection on the 645D. Arrived today and fits fine, looking forward to trying these old manual 67 lenses on the 645D.

There is a way to maybe fix this ... I have had the same problem.

Yes, I am aware of the Ronsonol fix. When I worked in camera repair
at Olympus IIRC we used Freon TF solvent, which is likely banned now.

Agreed, it would probably be an easy fix, but my camera repair days are over.
If seller sends partial refund I will apply that towards a repair by Eric.

Chris
we used a Freon based cleaner for electro-mechanical switches and contacts

if you do find some just be aware that if a residue was present it will become dust that needs to be dealt with

I searched around but found no other thread made for posting what you last purchased/acquired. It's usually a popular type of thread, and I know I'm interested in seeing what gear people are buying, whether it's photography-related or not. Pictures are recommended, particularly your own!

Here's my latest purchase. It will be here sometime today.

I'm going to compare it against the DA 50-200mm and see if this is worth the upgrade, to me.
I just bought a K70, and am very impressed with it. I wasn't able to buy any of the modern lenses for it, but it's performance is great. Size/weight ratio is interesting; the compact frame is very comfortable for large sized hands. Controls are easily accessible.

A camouflage waterproof cover that fits over the lens and body in one. It's replacing the neoprene cover that I don't like.

All's well that ends well. Seller agreed to a partial refund on the M35/2.8 lens.
So even with Eric's repair total cost will be reasonable considering condition.

Those K&F Concept adapters a great quality for the money. I have a couple for my Pentax APS-C and Sony full-frame gear, and they're some of the better made and finished types I've come across

You'll get on just fine with it using older lenses. Whilst I'm a fine one to talk, there's often way too much importance placed on owning and using the latest glass

This was paid for 12/23, a shipping label was printed on 12/24. It arrived today. It is my belief that FedEx uses the Pony Express to move packages from California...

This is the low-end version of the Mamiya Prismat NP as sold by Sears in 1961...The Tower 32A had a 58mm F/1.7 lens, 1/1000s max shutter speed, and a self-timer. It has an Exakta lens mount, Mamiya didn't switch to M42 until 1964.

I am SO going to try. I'm even culling both the 50's in my signature and the 28-105, putting 'em on the Marketplace in a few days.

...but gosh if I do that it would leave a bit in the old lens budget. Must. Banish. That. Thought. Is there a 10-step program for lens addiction?
