Deservedly so, it's probably the best recording with video that can be found on youtube and not far off the best, e.g.:

My Gergiev fandom started with the same video and I've grown quite fond of his interpretations of Strawinky & Shostakovich. Hence my elation about getting these seats:
Not a bad place to watch him work, I'd say.
Munich really got lucky, having Gergiev (Munich Philharmonic) and Mariss Jansons (BRSO) at the same time.
Not that I have too much reason to complain myself, Paavo Järvi is not exactly bad either, nor is the
Chamber Philharmonic (though they are on tour a lot and Järvi spends a lot of time in Paris these days).
