I think Doc thinks like me: "I'm not weather sealed!" We are looking at a foot of snow today. It's already about 8 inches (20 cm) deep. No sweat for the Tundra, but it's going to be a lot of sweat for me later with shovel and snowblower. My neighbours work, so I do theirs on weekdays. They tend to do "the old guy's" driveway quite often before he finishes his morning coffee on weekends, and the lawn in the summer.
Man, it was cold here yesterday. Got down to 30F. I had to scrap some frost off my windshield.....

What a couple of wimps. It just got UP to 30º F (-1º C) a few minutes ago. We have over 8 inches (20 cm) of white stuff on the driveway, road, sidewalk, house and soon, me.

A Sigma 28-200 for the Sigma DSLR I got - £18 inc. P&P which feels reasonable. Now that I can test it I've realised that keeping this is NOT a good idea, I've only ever had two or three lenses in this fitting - I let my enthusiasm run away with me. I'm going to sell it on with the lens and buy a Sony A100 or similar instead, it would be a lot more use since I see a lot of lenses in Minolta / Sony fitting.

30F...that's the high temp up here in early April.

Latest acquisition...Yvon Bourque's K1/ K1 Mk. ll operators manual through the special that Mr. Bourque and the PF is having. Back in 2008 I bought the Bourque K10D manual and boy, what a difference it made in my understanding and ability to get the most out of that great camera. So far, I've just read a bit of the K1 book and already I've picked up some information...new to me about this camera.. Well worth the money.
