A nice charity shop find - A Pentax-M 1.7 50 in nice condition, which they insisted came with a Canon FD to Eos adapter and what appears to be an incomplete PK lens to C-mount adapter - for a fiver the lot. VERY pleased!
Went back to this shop today, and found the missing part of the PK to C-mount adapter! VERY pleased, especially since I offered to pay for it and they refused - put a pound in their collecting box instead.

And took delivery of a nice job lot of odds and ends I bought on eBay - most notably two M42 Prakticas that seem to be in reasonable condition but I haven't tested the meters yet, about ten T-mounts in various fittings including PK, Nikon, and Canon Eos, a Vivitar PK x2 converter, a Vivitar x3 converter for Canon FD, two M42 to FD adapters (one real Canon, the other a copy), a real Pentax M42 to PK adapter that unfortunately has been modified and is pretty much unsellable, another one that's in good condition but I think is a fake (it's marked as "Pentax" rather than "Asahi Pentax"), and a box of Magicube flashcubes which are VERY rare and I think sold for a fiver the last time I had some. Cost was £15.98 including postage, and I ought to make a good profit.

I had some flash cubes, some AG1 bulbs, some other larger flash bulbs sitting around for years. I think they all went to the the Salvation Army eventually. One thing about the larger old flash bulbs, especially the big screw-base ones that were about the size of a 40 watt incandescent bulb, they put out a lot of light - but just once.

The newer ones (Hoya forward, I think) are made of a lighter metal and are engraved PENTAX. Your copy is likely a newer OEM adapter.

NIB and new to me, Vivitar (Cosina) 100mm f3.5 Macro - the eBay seller gladly exchanged the lens I received last week for the one that arrived yesterday:

as advertised, I would believe that this lens is new, never used.... all original paperwork, including the 5 year warranty card, original caps, and the matched 1:1 diopter...

Summatech 200mm F2.8

I jumped back in the fleabay waters and bought an oddball lens. Summatech 200mm f2.8 in PK Mount. The few web posts I could find regarding this lens say it is either made by Sun or Tokina and is the equivalent to the Soligor version. Half of the reviews are positive, half negative. The lens is pristine judging from the large number of photos. We will see if it was worth $75 plus shipping and my state’s 6% sales tax. I’m very fond of the 200mm focal length, so I took a chance. The package should be at my place Monday.

More boot fair prizes - an Inovar 35mm camera (a bit like the Diana Lomography cameras) for £3, which I bought simply because I couldn't find anything else and was pretty sure I'd at least make my money back. About five minutes later I did find something else - a Canon Eos 300D for £6! No lens or accessories, of course, but I have a charger that the battery more or less fits if held in by a rubber band, and it works. I've ordered the right USB charger (costs £2.65 at Hong Kong prices), I've got a 2GB CF card,
and a spare USB cable, probable total cost is another £4. So for a tenner I've got a working DSLR, really can't be bad.

Finally at home: 1 Lot of pentax M + bellows and the cactus set.

I had to clean the lenses but otherwise, they are in good shapes (just missing the yellow dot on the 50).

The cactus elements are like new.

Well, hopefully I just bought a good AF Nikkor 50/1.4D - won't know for sure until it's delivered, but fingers crossed this one is OK and the deal won't fall through like the last one. About £106 including postage, which isn't bad since they have jumped from around £110 to around £140 in online prices recently.

Both.

Lens from Russia.
Camera from Pakistan.
Grip from U.S
Nice. Very nice.

The 24M is one that I have had on my short list for quite a while. I should sell off some lesser used gear and just buy one.
