Pentax SFXn in good condition plus 2 CR2 batteries all for under £50 quid.
It is big, loud and ugly. Not the sort of thing I would usually buy, but I got it as I think it might be a bit of fun, and to test the HD DA Ltd 40mm and 70mm lenses on film. If they work OK, I might just be tempted to spring for a K1

Cool, what camera will you be mounting that on? Film, mirrorless, or can it be adapted to a DSLR?

I'm a fan of the SFXn - it's capable and solid. The viewfinder isn't the best for manual focus but that's true of all AF cameras and the SFXn is better than most.

now how am I going to adapt these?

AGFA minilab lenses I won in an auction because I thought I would be outbid. They weigh 1200 and 1300 grams each. The two on the left are the same lens.

Have you heard of something called duct tape? Seriously, try to determine what kind of thread these have, then GOOGLE Thor Labs for a great variety of thread-to-thread adapters (it may take a while to track down the charts that display the kinds of thread-to-thread adapters they normally make). There's also adapterrings.com, but they specialize in filter thread adapters.

CAVEAT: If I see those correctly, they have a bayonet mount. If so, it will take some real creativity to get them mounted in some reasonable way.

The bayonet can be taken of. There is a 62mm 1.0 thread.

Sadly, Thorlabs only has M62 X 0.75 thread adapters

BUT By GOOGLING "M62 X 1 adapter" I found one that is M62 X 1 (female) to T2 (male). Unfortunately the adapter is long, so it would only be useful most likely for close-ups unless your lenses have a very long registration distance.

M62x1 female to T2 male thread adapter

In any case do some more GOOGLE search, or try EBAY. Some Chinese company might offer just the adapter you need.

---------- Post added 07-23-20 at 09:09 AM ----------

Here I am again, with things getting complicated.

1) on EBAY search for M62X1 adapter. From Russia there is a very short adapter that is M62X1 female to M65X1 male

2) Then search for M65X1 adapter and you will find many, including M65X1 (female) to Pentax 6X7(!). There are also M65X1 adapters to other medium format cameras.

3) THEN...............

It looks as though M65X1 was used for a variety of projection lenses, hence the availability of adapters to mount such lenses on medium format camer.

Keep searching. Somewhere there may be an M62X1 or M65X1 to M42 adapter.

BINGO! Search EBAY and get two adapters: 1) M62X1(F) to M65X1(M) then there is an M65X1(F) to M42(M). the first adapter adds only 4mm, the second appears to add less. Then all you need is a K to M42 adapter. CAN BE DONE, but you may not get infinity focus depending on the registration distance of those unusual lenses.

I think so, provided you have a K to M42. Based on the stated thread sizes but without actually threading the pieces together, it should work. I cannot guarantee all the threads will fit as I haven't tried them.

I was snow camping with three friends a few decades back and a big kerosene Primus was part of the kitchen mix. Dang! That stove was a flame thrower! (...pain to get started, however...)

Steve
It can run on kerosene being a multi fuel stove but I use white gas. Much cleaner and more efficient than kerosene.
It does throw some flames while it primes itself but once it gets warmed up the flames are small, blue, and hot!

That sounds a wonderful acquisition and the ability to continue the legacy with that camera and those lenses adds a special touch. Well done.

I haven't bothered to post in a while because I haven't had anything very interesting lately, but today I got a small job lot of gear that included an optical slide copier, an air bulb "cable" release, some filters, 20 or so feet of FP4 in a can, one of the little 4-shot 35mm "action tracker" cameras, and some other odds and ends. There should have been a zoom in there as well but it was missing, and I am a bit annoyed and waiting to see what reply I get to my email regarding it. Cost £11 plus postage so I should come out ahead anyway, but only just.

Also received a nice metal hood for my Nikon 50/1.4, £2.45 from Hong Kong. Like this one:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-52-mm-Lens-Hood-For-Leica-Canon-Nikon-S...r/283664063094

And in Portobello Road I got a nice Pentax MZ-50 with SMC AF 35-80 4-5.6 for a fiver, and gave the FP4 to someone I know who can use it, so I'm feeling a little happier.

And I've ordered a couple more small job lots of photo junk and one of 24 49mm filters, mostly skylight and UV which I use a lot for the lenses I sell, for £30 including P&P for the lot, should be profitable.

With another car boot sale tomorrow I'm moderately content.
