Ron, I made this one using a 645 front cap, an aluminun ring to position a Leica bayonet,
"borrowed" from a type 2 Viso (only 6 screws). If you want, I can make a drawing.
DW, the adapter advertised on eBay is for m39 Visoflex lenses, that should also be usable.

Gurtch, as Lager says in his Leica book(so a Leica expert told me), Visoflex lenses are derived from large format designs, and have a very wide image circle. I see no vignetting, and just a slight resolution loss on border of images, (with resolution charts) but nothing that cannot be accepted
from an old Leica lens, and yes, 65mm is the shortest that can be used.
