When in HDR mode, my Q makes shots, tries to process them, and says "operation could not be completed correctly". I tried to set shadowws, highlight comp to on, off, auto but result is still the same. What's else could be wrong? firmware version 1.13

perhaps not holding the camera steady enough?
If the pictures it takes can't be lined up by the software then it can fail.
Try using the timer and set the camera on a table or something solid. If this works at least you know the problem.

Well, no help here, but at least it keeps you from taking awful HDR photography.

Q7 and Original Q yes worked/works on both for me.
