Well, honestly, I have surfed through the K-30 pages with interest as well, although I have a 3-month-old K-x and absolutely no money to spend for another body. Oh why am I talking like a dad caught fancying other women?

I have no intention of getting a K-30 either, however I think this is all good for Pentax (Ricoh-Pentax) and assumably bodes well for the "future K5 replacement".

Hey All,

I am looking for some guidance on a good shutter release remote. I am hoping to be able to use it for long exposures (beyond the 30 seconds allowed on the camera). Specifically for star trails. Any information on this or help would be awesome. I am a new amateur photographer just looking to capture a cool star trails photo!
