One 'journalists on a Pentax tour bus' type of mini review mentioned lock-ups and Pentax installed a firmware update to fix it. Keep an eye out on Pentax's website for it.

The journalists were using pre-production models as I understood it, so there may not be an immediate firmware update because it was likely put into v1.0.
