I have to agree...and take my DA40 for a walk..but 18-135 WR is ...very a universal and it might be sharp at 18-17..80

---------- Post added 09-14-14 at 06:59 AM ----------

a bit of steam doesn't hurt (K30+18-135WR AFc and TAv(A tip:If you shitch to AFc with expanded area it selects point-faster than switching via info display to manual AF point option))

Someone shouted at the driver: Step on it! so he did

Very nice - great fall colors, and very nicely lit. Did you use some fill flash to handle that backlighting?

Nice milky way! Have you used pentax O-GPS1 for tracking, or is it a single photo? Has it been stacked from several photos?

No flash, I just brought up the foreground in Photoshop.

It IS a lovely photo.Photoshop works (obviously). Have you played with reflectors? I find they can do great things in lighting like this. And depending on the couple's desires, I might try playing with some cropping.

I have not yet, but am planning to. I've started reading the Strobist website and plan on getting a lighting kit together in the near future as I've never truly tried my hand at off camera or modified ambient lighting.

The bride gets to see it and the rest today so I hope it goes well!
