A couple more from today's shoot

Hope to go back tomorrow and shoot again.
These are just great, robwill!
Also I'm amazed how sharp images and vibrant colours can K-30 produce coupled with (just) 18-135mm

I was able to go out and shoot some more images in the 'butterfly house' today.
Was a little less rushed and able to experiment more.
I have to say I am totally impressed with the K30 and the 18-135mm WR lens.
Normally I would have to use a Raynox 150 or 250 on my zooms to get this close and detailed images.
Here are a few images for the shoot.

I was in NY last week and replaced my k-x with the k-30. When I took the first picture and looked at the preview on the lcd screen I was blown away!!! The pictures looked amazingly better than on my k-x. When I downloaded the pictures to the computer the picture quality went down significantly. I am still deciding whether I will keep the camera since sometimes I find the pictures too noisy. It seems that I could get way many more great shots from the k-x as compared to the k-30.

Anyway, here are some shots I took today....

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
I just realized the photos I had posted used the on camera flash for fill flash (my Pentax flash arrives today).
Here is an available light shot (backlit).
