I picked up some old Pentax-A lenses so I have been playing outside of auto lol way more fun!

Making good use of the great high ISO capability of the K-30 plus focus peaking to help with manual focusing to take some pictures in challenging light...

A walk in New Hampshire's great north woods resulted in waaay too many possibilities. Here is one of them. No signs of elves tho!

I was pretty lucky with this shot.
Made my way to the site the first time, and was dismayed when I stepped out of the train station.
The whole place was covered with clouds.
Went back.
Tried the 2nd day, but again, the venue had just rained and was again cloudy.
Without much choice, I made my way up the vantage point.
Thought of waiting for blue hour for perhaps better visibility with a darkend sky, but I tried a few shots in the gloomy light/weather.
Turns out I liked the one with the gloomy sky just before sunset.
