Hello people, I would like to know which one of the two following photos you like the most. The first one is without PP and the second one is with some minor PP (-1 stop + Contrast). Thanks in advance for your advice,

Very cool.

I'm going to be down city-side tomorrow; I'll have to see what my camera manages to find.

The first image is better. It's actually quite nice.

Why did you make the changes you did? The exposure looked pretty spot on and the contrast change wasn't noticeable to me on an iPad. There are a few changes that could be made, but nothing major. Are you working off of a raw file or a jpg?

And a bit of a vintage-looking Harbour Bridge taken out the briefly-open train door:

I'd say the first is better: being brighter it pops better, and just looks more eye-catching and pleasing. The exposure looks to me to be spot-on, so I wouldn't have changed it at all.

Lovely flower, btw.

First one for me, too. I don't think it needs much PP, maybe a little darkening of the edges or the green, that would amount to the same thing. The flower looks good as it is.

I wanted to get rid of the white line in the middle of the upper left petal, and the give some more contrast; but I see the mayority is not disturb by this white ... Thanks for your help and comments.
