Very nice - great fall colors, and very nicely lit. Did you use some fill flash to handle that backlighting?

Nice milky way! Have you used pentax O-GPS1 for tracking, or is it a single photo? Has it been stacked from several photos?

No flash, I just brought up the foreground in Photoshop.

It IS a lovely photo.Photoshop works (obviously). Have you played with reflectors? I find they can do great things in lighting like this. And depending on the couple's desires, I might try playing with some cropping.

I have not yet, but am planning to. I've started reading the Strobist website and plan on getting a lighting kit together in the near future as I've never truly tried my hand at off camera or modified ambient lighting.

The bride gets to see it and the rest today so I hope it goes well!

Photo was taken without O-GPS1 single photo @13s ISO3200 and Lightroom manipulation

Other than the lens aperture shaped sun, this HDR feels natural. I like it.
