Anyone else get their K30 from BandH today?

Very stoked on it. Coming from a k2000 this camera seems like a pretty nice upgrade.

As you can see I am not much of a photographer, but hoping this nice little tool will help me improve.

Not me, just popped in to say congrats. The 18-135 is a good match, look forward to the images. Is that one of those composite decks?

I guess technically, since Pentax is a Ricoh company?

I think so as well. I mostly take my camera backpacking/camping/hiking/mountain biking so having one well rounded lens is imperative.
I have had for it for a while and was planning on using it with a K5 but the K30 will be a better match for me I think.

It is one of those decks and it is falling apart..

Congratulations!

Congratulations on getting the camera. I am sure you will have a wonderful time with it and will post some pics from it soon. For the peace my own mind, have you received the 18-135 kit or did you guys order the body-only ? I have the18-135 kit on pre-order with B&H but no clue as to when it will arrive. The wait is excruciatingly painful

I ordered it body only. Hopefully the 18-135 kits ship out soon!

I got my white K-30 in today from B&H! Don't mind the bad photography....I am *very* new to all of this, and the camera I used to take isn't even close to as nice.

Did you order this online or pick it up in-store? I'm leaving the country at the end of the month and I really only want the white. I just hope I can get it in time!

Congratulations. I hope you enjoy you new K-30. You'll have to look for a used 18-55 DAL in white to complete the StormTrooper look
