How many K-30 owners do we have?

11 days until I get mine, black model, body only, and Im passing my K20D to a friend along with the kit zoom, so I was thinking Id be prime only. That thought lasted approx. 4 hrs until I picked up a DA 12-24 F4 very cheap off ebay, it was advertised as broken, so will see what state it is in when it arrives as it will be worth repairing...
Roll on 07/02/13 - I want my K30!!!

Bought mine in Japan. I spent the extra cash and bought the 18 - 135mm. I've only taken photos around the house so far - going out hiking today and very excited to see what it can do. It's my first SLR camera so I've lots to learn.

Have K10 and Kr and love both, but with my new K30 I finally feel like I have a great camera with no significant issues.

My blue one arrived two days ago, in great shape...So first thing was loading firmware update 1.01, then today 1.02 for K-30 AND K-01. Taking the usual stupid indoor pictures to make sure it focuses and all--does it ever! And the flash is tall enough to use 16-45 more extensively (though still not at 16).

Just recently upgraded my *istD to a black K30 kit with Sigma 18-200mm. A couple of other lenses have also now been added along with a new bag.

Very happy and with reinvigorated motivation my photography is heading in new directions

I went with the black body only, I have an old Km I've been using so this is a big step up. So far it's been very easy to understand and set up now I just have to test my skills!

Pulled the trigger on a blue, and passed on WR lenses to grab an UWA instead. Loving focus peaking, its opening an entirely new amount of usability for me with my manual lenses.

Got my K-30 with the 18-135mm kit last week. Loving it so far. Still a lot to learn as I am new to the whole Pentax system.

Black body with the 18-55WR kit, purchased middle of December.
I like it so much, got a K-01 with the 40mm pancake yesterday, for a ridiculously inexpensive price.

Count me in, my black body arrived today! Now I start saving for a good lens.

(I have 3 lenses from before btw, I'm not sitting here with a K-30 body and no lens to use it with!

ordered my blue (wish they sold the orange in the states) one with the 18-55 wr glass today. wanted the longer lens but wife's gonna freak with my spending $759. Of course that does not include the 32 gb sandisk extreme ($35) or the b+w uv filter ($32)-- I kinda "hid" them on another card. have some sigma glass from 1988 to try out-- made in japan--they have to be good.
