Patience. It only took the K-5 a little while to drop a bit in price. We've had at least one member here order from Singapore and save around $75 from what I can tell.
It's $620 (body only) from Singapore, including International courier delivery. A very handy $230 savings, though any warranty issues will require the camera being sent back to Singapore.

Part of what made me choose the K-30 over the K-5 is the good value 18-135 bundle, so I went for that at around $980 ($430 cheaper than buying it in Hong Kong!).

When I convert $850 Singapore to US $ I get $676 plus shipping. Also, what does "unboxed" mean?

Maybe they've adjusted their prices. Frank said it was $620, I calculated the same, but as I wasn't interested in body-only, I didn't pay further attention.

My 18-135 kit arrived VERY well packaged (thanks Emjay) with a correct kit box enclosed.

I guess "unboxed" will mean that you'll get all the bits, but in a non-marked box.

If you want to be sure, I guess you can just email them.

Anyway, I can vouch that I'm a happy camper.

Very glad to hear that it arrived in good shape. Congratulations on the new camera!

Yep it does.
Used it on a 17-70 Sigma lens new to me that I thought was an ebay dud, and now I find it is plenty sharp.
Made a huge difference, but I had to set the software on -10 which is the max.
