Pentax K-30 Signature Banner

Since I sold my K-x and I have a K-30 on its way (assuming it makes it through US Customs from Singapore!) I wanted to update my signature. However, it seems that nobody has made any K-30 signature banners yet. I'm no graphic designer by any means, but here is a quick 'n dirty K-30 banner that anybody is welcome to use (until a true artist shows up!). I don't know if 350x19 pixels is the official banner size, but that's what I went with since that's the dimensions of the K-x banner I was using.

This is the first draft, so I may tweak this one, and I may create some entirely different versions if I get time. My K-30 is actually white, so I'll probably at least do a banner with a white body. I went with the blue body for now since that is something of a signature color for the K-30.

You should be able to right click on the image to copy the URL, or open in a new window and copy the URL from the address bar.

Umm....thanks? But I think you may have the wrong thread. I guess that's what happens when you post from your NookColor using Tapatalk.

I'll have to check with the 'Department of Signature Tags and Banners' when they open on Monday, but I don't think that it technically qualifies as a banner due to its squarish shape and excessive height. I also find it to be mildly pornographic.

Strange it's not showing up on your previous message. Do you not use the signature feature in your forum profile? If you do, your old messages should automatically update with any signature changes you make.

Nice banner! I'd recommend changing the font to bitdusttwo, which is a fairly standard font among signature tag designers

Okay, thanks for the tip. I've updated the logo with the new font. I also made the "Pentax K-30" typeface a tiny bit larger, and moved it closer to the left-hand side. I saved over the old file on my server, but I think that anybody who wants the newest version will need to update their signature again (even though it's the exact same URL).

That too actually, EG, I used to play the Magenta character regularly when I was in my late teens, do the live thing.
