Shutter count tool does not work with K-30

Has anybody tried to use the shutter count tool with their K-30? I tried to upload my first image from my new camera just to see if it would show a shutter count of 1, but I'm getting "Processing Error".

i use an EXIF file viewer, why not upload an image with EXIF attached and lets see what we can use that shows it.

I use KUSO EXIF viewer and PhotoME, but what is interesting is that Image 4065 for my K5 shows shutter count of 2803 in both these programs. On my K10D it shows 18755 actuations for image 17355

Ok, here's the first image out of my K-30. Not that's it's a great picture, but it just happens to be the very first one. The blue light on her face is because she was standing directly in front of a small TV. ISO was 1600. Click on the image for the full-size JPEG straight out of the camera. (I normally don't shoot JPEG, but I had not yet changed the camera settings to RAW.)

Can shooting in RAW + JPEG throw off the image number vs actuation number? Since the camera is creating two files for a single actuation...? And do video files also count as an actuation?

Okay, I just tried my 8th JPEG, and then my 2nd, and they both correct displayed the EXIF information, including shutter counts of 8 and 2. I tried the first image again, and still got an error. So I guess that there is just some kind of bug to where it doesn't like the first image for some reason.

If anybody else has the very first image out of their K-30, or some other camera, it would be interesting to see if the tool also chokes with those files.

Thanks for the link to the tool! I was trying it first by uploading at Flickr but it is not showing the shutter count for the K-30. When I used the tool here at PF, my first photo shows a shutter count of 2. I've been robbed of the first shot on my new K-30!
