Bought K-30 with 18-135mm at a good price

Hi everyone,

Long time lurker. Finally, I bought a K-30 with the 18-135 mm for $1050 yesterday that came with two mail-in rebates for $100 each so all said and done it should be $850. Sounds like a great price, Thanksgiving and Christmas sales not withstanding. What do you guys think?

I bought it from Hunts Photo Video who are running a two-day promotion (ends today Nov 4) in Melrose, Mass.

Going through the user manual now. Might stop by again to ask questions or perhaps post a picture? :-)

Wow, the DA 18-135 alone is worth around 400, that means you get the k-30 for less than around 450... that's a real deal..

Excellent deal. I expect you will be impressed with both, the K-30 is the best value camera on the market, and the 18-135 has excellent range and autofocus abilities. Have fun and post some pics!
