Online Course K30

Just wondering, there are several online courses offered for specific cameras. Canon, Nikon, etc. I've looked, but not found any for Pentax. Does anyone know of one? Thanks, Deb

Are you new to photography as a whole? Just new to digital, but have film experience? Is this your first camera that offers more than a basic point and shoot?

If you're new to photography a camera specific course isn't going to help you very much. They usually assume you have some knowledge of the terminology and have a reasonable understanding of photography. I'd recommend going for a general course if you're a beginner, something that teaches the basics. Once you have the basics down a good read through the manual, a lot of experimentation and some help from a friendly forum is the best way to learn your particular camera.

PF should (and we might in the future) offer courses!

Not new at all, just my first SLR/DSLR. Thanks, and yes a friendly forum is an excellent resource, which this one sure appears to be.

That would be an excellent plan.
