Ricoh PKR lenses - Pentax K-30

I had a K-x and was advised not to use my stash of PKR lenses because there was a slight incompatibility. Is this still the case with the K-30 and what is it please?

Do the Ricoh lenses have the 'P' setting? Only PK-A/R lenses are dangerous, and even then only the older ones.

These are third party lenses. A Ricoh P lens won't have the Pentax 'A' pin, only the 'P' pin.

If you want to remove the 'P' pin just google Ricoh Pin.
