Flashes that work full P-TTL on a K-30

I cannot afford a new flash so am looking at ebay for bargains. What I would like to know is what flashes have full P-TTL compatibility with the K-30, including flashes from the past, flashes from the past that can be user updated (and may work in the future) and flashes that are being made now.

Thanks. I've seen that before and currently search all those models on ebay but it is a generic P-TTL list and I have read on here about cameras not working with the K-30. K-r or both despite them being P-TTL so I am hoping for a more taylored in the know list.

I know that my Metz 48 doesn't work on my K30- workss fine on my K5 so I assume it needs a firmware update from Metz. My old film era thyristor flashes work fine on bith, and are cheap from e-bay - just check the trigger voltage first.

I would think the af360fgz is still going to be your best bet used - should be available under $150 in good condition. Might want to wait a little, as this flash is being replaced so there might be more used ones on the market from those upgrading.

Good thinking, might look out for one myself!

You can't do portrait shots with bounce with an af360fgz - no swivel. The replacement will have it evidently but that will cost more.

My new Sigma EF610 DG Super works fine in P-TTL, it's just HSS that's broken. The cheaper EF-610 without HSS is quite well priced new.
