Super wide angle: Tamron 10-24mm is a good bargain. Super Zoom: Pentax DA(L) 55-300mm is a great lens for a great price. Low light: Sigma 18-35mm F1.8, Pentax DA 35mm F2.4, Pentax DA 50mm F1.8. Portrait: Pentax DA 70mm F2.4 Limited or Pentax FA 77mm F1.8 Limited Macro: Pentax DFA 100mm F2.8 WR My two cents
Yes, I second these choices. All great recommendations!

Is anyone still discussing the original question.... the question was 18-135 or two lenses instead, like the 18-55 and 50-200..... I can understand listing a few lenses for a two lens option... but listing 11 lenses... come on, get with the program!!!!!!! Focus people....

I think the consensus advice seems to be for the OP to get the 18-135. However, those other lens suggestions are helpful in case the OP wants to expand his lens lineup someday, especially once he gets infected with LBA...

I agree wholeheartedly!

But the OP did ask if he might need some more lenses. And when you do that around here...
