Programmed Mode Question

When in Programmed mode if I move the front or back wheels it adjust the shutter or aperture and changes to a "hyper" variant of mode. I'm sure you all know this. What I want to know is if I've adjusted them and then decided I didn't want to, how do I get back to straight up programmed mode?
