Firmware 1.05 Issue for K30

Thanks Geru2000 for the feedback, it appears as though the problem is on my end, the Ricoh site will not load with my versions of IE10 or Chrome, but works fine with firefox....... downloaded the upgrade and it worked fine. Now trying to figure out what my browsers are doing.

Try deleting your history, cookies, and cache in each browser. I use chrome an explorer both the latest versions and have no problems with either getting to the site.
