Mirror stuck problem in new Pentax K-50

I have the exact same problem since November 2017, on a 11 month old K-50. the exact same, mirror locks up, black screen, remove/insert battery to turn on. It happens randomly and with any kind of lens, I have some MF vintage lenses. In Live View, when this problem is seconds from happening there are parts of the screen totally covered in a magenta color. Camera is still under warranty and I am going to send it for a service. I loved my K-50 and it is my second Pentax DSLR, I was planning for a 3rd but I am really disappointed.
