Lucky guy I purchased a used K5II and have been giving it a whirl, not impressed, actually like my K50 & K30 better. I don't have a wife as wonderful and loving as yours anymore but thought I might treat myself to a new K3 or K3II

Congratulations the K3 is a great camera. I use my K3 and K50 side by side. My long lenses go one the K3 and the shorter ones on the K50.
The autofocus on the K3 is awesome.

Ah the good ol Holden Monaro turned Pontiac, I forgot about these.

We have been up at Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland for the past week, absolutely ripper weather, 28* and humid every day, flew back home to Adelaide today, 43*C and bloody hot!
Many pics from our adventures.

They sure are mate. The pano of the Gold Coast is made of heaps of vertical shots at 17mm

Cool! How are you liking it so far? I'm thinking of getting the Sigma 10-20 lens, but the fisheye shots from the Pentax 10-17 can look very neat at times.
