Fantastic images! Wow! And with the lowly "plastic fantastic." I am stunned and amazed.
Thanks, the little plastic 35mm is a ripper of a lens, small, light, cheap but bloody sharp

"Snowzilla": You can't see the snow all that well, it's blowing around at around 40 mph, here in Fauquier Co., Va. Just love the fact that I can take the camera out in the blizzard. Only problem is that the snow hit the lens and made most of the pictures too irregularly blurry. I showed one to my wife and she said, "Well, maybe YOU like that artsy-fartsy stuff, but I don't!".

You are certainly testing the weather resistance capability of your K50. I am freezing just looking at your images. Nice capture!

Just getting into photography, and learning my new K-50!

Bit of broken reflector glass on top of my recycling bin, with mid-morning sun behind it.

I'd be interested to know the details, lens type & camera settings and stuff.

A few shots I did recently with the D FA 100 WR on my K-50. One very close to 1:1, one very much not, the other somewhere in between.

I shot with the DA 18-135mm WR f3.5-5.6 Lens, at 135mm, 1/400, f7.1, ISO 100. I was probably as close as I could get, I think the minimum focus distance is 40cm, so I was just over a foot away.

Ex post blizzard: The sound of the melt-water running under the snow made the dog think there was some small animal under there that needed to be attacked.
