A picture from the museum today. It's an OOC jpeg & a RawTherapee jpeg. Shot with the 35mm & at ISO 800. The DNG file is so awesome to work on. The high ISO grain looks so pleasantly fine. I have no problem shooting up to ISO 3200. Even ISO 6400 is OK in a super pinch.

I honestly can't decide which one I like better! What color profile do you have set in the camera? Bright/Natural/etc?

It's set to natural. It tends to oversaturate the reds.

I like that a lot hman. I can't get my dog to look at the camera. She's afraid of it, even if I'm a ways away w/a long zoom or tele.

leave it on the table with her for a week. then start holding it while feeding her cookies every day. dogs are pretty simple. tie food to any experience and its pretty much a good experience forever.

I quite literally bumped the shutter release on my K-50 while going down a set of wooden stairs. Lens: 100mm WR macro. As a totally accidental picture, I am amazed by the clarity and even a bit by the OK framing! Anyway, a modern camera is an amazing device!
