K50 plus D FA 100mm Macro 2.8 WR. The K50 is such a great camera and you can not beat it for the price. I use it right along with the K3.

Honey you will never believe the deal I found! Just some paint and spackle will fix it right up.

All were taken with the 16-50 on the K50.

Couldn't sleep yesterday morning, so up I got at about 4:30, went in to the city, had the K-10 with UWA on tripod and while that was whirring away at shots I bumped up the iso on the mighty little K-50 and fired off plenty while walking around. Adelaide Oval was lit up in the Adelaide Crows and Port Power colours for the Showdown yesterday where the Crows smashed Port, haha

Lately I have been using my K50 along with the HD 55-300. Much lighter than the K3 and Bigma. I take the K50 with me while walking my dog.

K50 + HD 55-300 WR
This was taken last Saturday during our nice warm spring morning.

A few days later after things warmed up a bit. The ducks seemed happier, I know I was.

And the PP marathon continues. Tonight still processing photos from the K50. About a third of the way through around 2,000 unprocessed files.

The K50 and DFA 100mm Macro. I think you could stick that DFA 100 on a cell phone and still get great shots.
This first one is not a crop. I was able to get in real close on this one.

Lets see what that 16mp sensor on the K50 can really do, especially for those hung up on sensor size. I actually used Live View and held the camera over my head for these. Too many branches were in the way otherwise. Live View works very well on the K50.
Original size

100% crop, the K50's sensor is more than capable and that little camera holds it's own right along with my K3.

Nice macro shots Scorpio. I agree, the little K-50 holds it's own against and takes some awesome shots.

Thankyou, I was a little skeptical about the K50 since I already had a K3. I figured for $250 US Dollars why not, worse case I send it back. I can not afford a second K3 body but the K50 does just fine.
K50 with the DFA 100mm Macro.

Do you use effects on the first two images? Those fire seem fake to me. This one is another example:

I love your pictures but sorry, I am not the fan of Fisheye lense. Tho I want to ask is there a way to correct those curve shapes in camera without using photo editor programs?
Or does any program out there can I use to correct them?
If so, could you please make this particular image without fisheye-look if possible? Then I will save my money to buy the Pentax SMCP-DA 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5(IF) Auto Focus Fisheye Zoom Lens which you answered other member. And even if you make the image look like a normal lens, will its quality be reduced? Thanks in advance!

I was trying to avoid shooting into the sun. It was very bright out and some areas were shaded by trees. The first image was shot directly into the sun. The second two the sun was at side a little behind me.
