Pentax K-50 photos

Here we have my test shot, (far) power pole from ground level just below it. You can see what a great job Central Maine Power has been doing maintaining our grid. Since they claimed to have enough people doing maintenance since the Ice storm of 98. Our power losses before Halloween were over 1/4 of the homes in the state, and lasted over a week in some cases. But they will raise power prices to "cover repair costs." Note the cross beam closest to the wire is pretty much hollow from rot and lichen. Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 APO EX DG Macro at 1/250s, 200mm, f/13, ISO 100. DXO Std plus Crop
2nd is Critter Tracks in my yard, @ 1/2500s, 70mm, f/5.6, ISO 100. Had to really up the exposure level in Dxo to get the snow white.

I figure it is a lot easier to clean out though!

Freakishly warm there also? While some places get unusual amounts of snow, certainly looks like the pups like it!

off and on - we'll be back more normal temps this week... but we are always grateful for the end of winter...
