Honestly, there's not that much in it across the APS-C lineup of Pentax sensors. They're all equally as good or as bad, depending on the angle you're coming from.

Only a jump to FF or MF (assuming a non stupid MP race sensor) is going to up the abilities here, or look to add your own light via flash or LED video lights/ring lights or shoot at different times of day, or take a photo with narrow depth of field but wider aperture capable lens etc.
