Pentax Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery D-Li109 for The KR 39066 B&H

Or a third-party one:
Watson D-LI109 Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (7.4V, 1050mAh) B-3706

I would personally go with the genuine battery as you'll get longer battery life and better stability.

As a "Pentaxian," the OP surely must know that the K-30 takes AA batteries also. The generic-brand AA battery adapters for the K-30 are functionally identical to the Pentax adapters (I have one of each), and less expensive. Four lithium AA's last a long time in a K-30.

Some have had problems with the adapter with myself being one of them as it doesn't allow a good connection.

That's interesting. I've had no problems with either the Pentax-branded or generic AA adapters, and I've used them both for more than two years. The Li109 that came with my K-30 is now the exclusive property of my K-S2.

Amazon is my go to. Wasabi, Halcyon are the two brands I use the most.
