Black marking over K-50 images

Whichever lens I use, this strange black line appears. Sometimes facing up like the first image and sometimes curving down. I've removed the lens and can see nothing loose or stuck where the sensor is. Am I looking in the wrong place? Has anyone else faced this? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Just looked, and it's doing it with both my 18-55mm and my 55-200mm lenses.

Well NOW when I turned on the camera and set to live view, the image began shaking and I could feel physical shaking in the camera. With live view turned off there is no shake, but when I take a photo I can feel the shuddering again.

That sounds like shake reduction is turned on with a focal length setting that is large. (If set to 500+ you will feel it.)

Could also simply be a defect of the shake reduction system, causing the sensor to move more than it's supposed to. If you still get the same issue in LV with SR disabled, you might need to get the camera serviced / replaced.

Thanks for the feedback!

I'm glad the view of the hood is gone. I'm out of town so it will be a bit before I can get it looked at- so at least my pictures can be a little clearer in the meantime. Any last-minute troubleshooting tips I could try? Or forums of solutions that have worked for other people?
