I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my K-50 from BH for an additional $20 to give me a total of 3 years.

I know that with the extended warranty you get a free check-up / cleaning.

How do I go about sending my camera in for this service?

Who do I contact?

Can BH Photo do this?

Service was excellent.

Turnaround time was less than 2 weeks from the time I shipped it to the time I arrived back.
