On way my back home from the eastern side of Mynydd Dinas, Port Talbot in South Wales and spent some time doing long exposures. This was a 25 second exposure at f/16, was a wide shot but I cropped in as I could see the light trails

Shot with FA 33-55
Nice light you seem to be finding

Here is a four frame stitch done in CS4, 645D, 55mm @f13. A thunderstorm at Cedar Breaks National Monument, Utah. Unfortunately, evergreens and pines killed by beetles are a fact of life throughout the western US and it's sometimes quite difficult to compose a shot without including dead trees. But I thought it worth posting as a fairly dramatic documentary view although I wouldn't hang it in the gallery. No HDR, a bit of dodging and burning and minor tweaking. The master file nets out at just under 500 megs. This low res JPG doesn't really do the 645D justice.
Nice shot. The dramatic sky and the foreground flowers works well for me.

Inside the main fortress of Caerphilly castle, South Wales

I was attracted by the way the light came into the room. I used curves to get some detail into the steps and converted to black and white. FA33-55 @33mm f/13 exposure 3 secs

Have been playing a little more with it as there is a light on one of the beams so have used a brush to tone down the exposure on the top by the window.

GRRR Litterbugs!

Looking at it in more detail I did some virtual litter picking to get rid of a train ticket and a cigarette butt!

From the latest test roll with the borrowed 645N. The last two were hand-held at 1/60s and 1/125s respectively. I am really impressed with how easy it is to hand-hold this camera.

Cool and interesting perspective. Stand development is a good choice for those bold in-the-sun shots.

"What, me? With these beautiful eyes? I didn't do nothing!"

Got back from having some photos printed and our White german shepherd dog was waiting as soon as I got out of the car. My 645D was in my hand so decided to grab a few impromptu shots. This one with FA33-55 at 55mm & f/4.5 and cropped in quite tight in post. ISO 250, 1/80. the more I think about it the more I think I got a good copy of the 33-55
