Haha. I'll try not to. I can see the headlines now:

"Pentax photographer single-handedly ruins photography."
With the sub-heading:
"Nikon and Canon pros there to catch it all"

Yeah, or some secret FF body to test out!
I don't have a FF digital body, but you can try with a film one

If I was living in the states, I would have sent you my K-x to use

Hey everyone! So I'm in Vail right now, after the third day of shooting the Teva Mountain Games. Things are going well. But it's been retarted busy. It's 3am and I just finaished downloading, editing and backing up my images from the day. Haven't been able to blog post much. I finall got up the images from yesterday tonight. Today's images will have to wait until tomorrow or so. I'm not usually one to shamelessly redirect people to my blog, but here are the posts with images from day 1 and day 2.

I've already had a plethora of conversations with people asking about my gear. And more surprisingly, I've been spotting a good bunch of Pentax cameras aong the spectators. a few K10d's, a K100d, and W90 and a white k-x/m... couldn't tell.

Enjoy! I would love you feedback!

Loved the kayak pics! Pentax cameras seem to be made for this sport
I really like how you shot at various positions and got a lot of different angles, makes the whole series much more interesting.

Thanks, everyone! Moving around is one of the things I think is really important to helping capture the total experience of an event. It does wonders for the whole 'feels like I was there' thing. God forbid I ever have to shoo one of the sports like ski racing, where you haveto get in place an hour before the event, and aren't allowed to move.

Here's another post with World Cup Semi-Final and Finals Bouldering.

Peace!

Having been an international competition climber for years, and more recently a Pentax fanatic, there is so much to get excited about right now! I'd love to chat with you sometime, maybe ask for a few tips in regard to climbing photography.

Best of luck!

Just checked you site, and regardless of camera, your images are superb.
Of course, nice to know that you were using Pentax for the Games.
