These pictures seem to originate from the blurry-picture-guy of K-7 release fame. I wonder if we'll see something interesting from him soon?

I have been watching him about once a week ever since the blurry pics .. he gets a LOT of Hi-tech gear sent to him.

That last photo looks the BOMB! Without the hood on, it looks crazy nice, like a A 85mm lens. Man, wish my K-X has a lens looking like that.

That 645 DFA 55/f2.8 SDM costs about US$1K alone and is said to have ring type SDM motor...

No. There were photos from some expo with sawn 645D body + lens.
There is micro-motor seen there.

Is there as much circuit board in the K-7? Seems to add a lot of bulk. Anyone have a cut through of the K-7 as well?

I wonder how good the IQ is on an APS-C body. Those classic 645D lenses have been found to perform VERY respectably on digital SLRs...
