So now this prank "news" is spreading all over the net, K-rumors, DigitalRev (via K-rumors), RH, 1001 Noisy Cameras etc. Rarely have fraudulent stories been this successful. Well done.

Ouch. Nikon users have to wait 11months for the 16-28/2.8? Or did he just say it backwards and the Nikon users will actually have it a month sooner? That lens has Pentax written all over it. I really hope it maens that we have FF on the Way. I would be happy with just an FF body and that lens. Everything else I would be fine with a upgraded K-7 and current lenses. But that lens on FF would be amazing.

It will be a totally new camera. With new AF. It won't be neither called K-7 Super, nor belong to such ideology.

K-7 Super could be real. I had such info 2-3 months ago. Not 100% info. Of course.
But I thought that K-7 super could be announced before the end of June.

BUT...It's just a GOSSIP. Maybe HOYA had some thoughts about K-7 super this spring.

K-7 super with new video in 1.5 year after K-7 is marketing failure IMO.
It made sense on April, May or June...
But to launch K-7 super on October is rather strange.

K-7 is not best-seller of Pentax. To offer to the customers old machine with small upgrade is insane move...

I know only one SUPER camera from Pentax in DSLR period - K100D super. Just to support SDM lenses.
Very short period of serial production.
