What would you lke to see in the K5 sequel

How about some kind of curtain/shutter that drops down over the sensor when changing lenses.

No more dirty sensors.

Swivel screen.
Even larger Viewfinder with better usability for eyeglass wearers (higher eyepoint, larger exit pupil).
Official split prism focussing screen with proper metering.
Improved flash metering. Especially fill light with the built-in flash is still not working well on the K-7.
ISO 6400 with good color and dynamic range and not too much noise (in the RAW).
Much better AF-C (with lock-on, prediction, more focus fields, selectable small/large fields).
Unused wheel in Av with Auto-ISO should be used to set slowest permitted shutter speed.
720p/1080p HDMI out (and no aspect ratio shenanigans like with the K-7) for shooting with an external screen.
Full manuall controls in Movie mode.
Movie mode off the mode wheel: It is a drive mode, not a metering mode.
Video in 1080 and 720 p59.94/50/48/29.97/25/24.
Selectable shutter speed/angle (see Rotary disc shutter - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) for movies, just like shutter speed is selected in photo modes.
Live Histogram.
Live, user-configurable Zebra - Zebra patterning - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Live Focus Peaking (also very useful for manual focus photography!).
Top-LCD with auto brightness adjust.
Blinking highlights/shadows as long as info (or some other) button is pressed. It's very useful, but distracting, and always turning it on and off in the menu is cumbersome.
ISO should be displayed in standard image play mode when shutter speed and aperture are displayed.
A screen that's less prone to smearing, easier to clean, with less glare in sunlight. SP coated, maybe?

Is that "Live Focus Peaking" or "Live Focus Peeking"? I'm not being critical of spelling; I'm just ignorant of the issue - don't know what either may mean.

It's "peaking". This turns contrasty edges a certain color (think false-color image with contrast as the variable) and helps tremendously with focussing.

Here's an explanation (scroll down) and an image.

I don't think dust which falls on the sensor immediately while you do the change is the largest problem. Air containing dust gets into the body while you have the lens off, and then eventually settles, including on to the sensor.

There's never a day when I don't learn something here. Thanks!

a thinner body. i wouldn't mind the K-7 getting a little taller (for the pinky finger), but depth wise, its just as thick as those giant CaNikons which looks and handles weird on a camera this small.
