Very impressive AF speed. Looks like a winning camera in many respects. High ISO's Af speed, Fps etc. Flash sync is still low but that seems to be the only missing upgrade. Is Mirror-up+Remote Continuous shooting a feature upgrade from the K-7? This alone might make me want to give this a hard look.

Nice! I can't wait to see the sample photo from the AF speed test. I really hope Pentax will deliver a very accurate AF especially in Low Light.
And also clean high ISO.

The video is very interesting indeed. It looks like a significant AF improvement compared to K-7. We just need to see the photo samples.

Now "that's" what I'm talking about!
Good job on reporting this early.
More valuable than anything at dpreview imo.

It looks like a very, very nice camera (in fact I'm pretty sure I'll want to upgrade my K-7 when the price comes down a bit), but...

... where's the hybrid viewfinder ?
... where's the "stabilized AF sensor" ?
... whats the rumoured "killer feature" ?

Once again, the pre-release hype was well beyond reality.
