Starscream:

Where are those photos from?

Incidentally, I am again truly amazed with the rendering at such high ISO.
This is becoming more and more appealing this K5.

Thanks for sharing.

The white balance looks a lot better, too, and it was already much improved over previous cameras on the K-7.

well I never said it outloud, but K-7 shadow darkness, was something that made me sell it and buy k-x. even in raw with same setting shadows were always darker than from other cameras. And increasing them in PP made bad noise look even worse.

now, with K-5 we see a different story.. I like the image that it produces.

even WB is improved isn't it?

Sorry, I don't really know how to differentiate Asian characters.
I was trying to figure out who took it ... a pro? a visitor to Pentax facilities? a Pentax employee?
Just curious about the origin of the pic.

The characters are Korean. Wouldn't be surprised if it's from the same guy who has the youtube videos of the AF/continuous shooting speed.

In addition, some of the menu screen printing the wrong place and the body has not been completed. Photo key can literally badira itjyong Cali .. Quality will continue to be sensitive during tuning.

But compared with K-7, um, something very different image. According to the ISO 6400 image K-5 body not so as not applying the NR to detail. (Test body can do about the high intensity application practiced by NR's). Quite sensitive, as well as color balance, image quality and noise also think there might be better. In particular, the green noise patterns and coarse jageuljageulhan's gone is gone.

You certainly do a lot better quality than ... The number of pixels has grown and appears to be no need to worry about. I think quite a lot apparently felt any different ... +_+
