Okay, so there was clearly some confusion on my parts with what was being said in your original phrasing. However... in my own attempt to simplify the explanation further, I clearly made things worst.
However, I'm still not entirely clear on the entire context of the comment(despite your changes) at this stage and since I'd like to adjust my original post to match I wondered if you could just lay it out there in the simplest form possible
Also, I completely missed that I quoted an edited portion of your comment(copy pasted from dpreview).
I'll keep a closer eye on such things from now on.
