I voted for 'bigger buffer', 'full frame', 'tracking AF', '>300mm WR' and 'dual slots'... But none of my real wants/needs were on the list. If Pentax really is committed to the APS platform (I'm neither here nor there on that one...) then this is my 5:

+Fast, sealed wide-normal: DA* 20mm/f1.8 (ish). I love the look of narrow DoF wide-angles for street-use and would kill for this lens.
+Sealed, high-quality 1.4x TC. I've seen what the Olympus TC-14 and TC-20's can do in terms of IQ and would love this for Pentax.
+High-quality, sealed standard zoom: DA* 16-80/f4. For a walk-around I find the traditional 24-70 too limiting. Would much prefer a bit more reach at the expense of a stop of light. Think Canon 24-105/f4 L.
+Affordable WR body/K200D replacement; I think the market would eat this :-)
+High-quality, sealed fast-standard: DA* 33/f1.4. Every other APS platform has one now, why not Pentax; the 'prime' company?

I'd buy that.

Updated FA 31/f1.8 seems like it'd do the trick nicely.

Plus:

* GPS tagging (no, I cannot necessarily remember which country road I was on or bridge I was going under or street I was in). In fact, none of these may have been marked in the first place.
I decided a while back that I will not buy any new camera that does not automatically add GPS information to the metadata. Right now my only option is the Sony A55 and I am eager to actually see one of them.

What "we" want changes depending on which "we" we are talking to.

For this "we", here is my list in order.

Full frame
Bigger buffer (much bigger)
Faster tracking AF (and faster AF all-around)
Dual CF cards (SD cards too slow)
More focus points
1/250 sync (1/500 would be even better)
More FPS (9 or 10)
More fast usable zooms.
I'll consider myself in your "we," too.

None of the above. More prime lens choices and a Pentax version of the Fuji X100.

To save time, we should simply send a note to Pentax that says:

Dear Pentax,
We want it all. Thanks.

P.S. And we want it priced below Nikon and Canon

I did not see DFS on your poll.

While I have four Pentax film cameras I will not buy a Pentax DSLR that forces the DFS. It's a killer for me. I recently picked up a Canon 10d to test and will most likely be in the market for a new DSLR in the spring. Pentax has till then to fix the DFS issue for me.

Will it has been confirmed that you can turn of DFS on the K-5

You may be able to still special order it for $8k. You would probably have to get it through Pentax Imaging or from a Japanese vendor.
