Recsea is otherwise known as Seatool. They have a US distributor (
Welcome to Seatool USA!), but none of their Pentax gear is officially imported here. It all costs multiple thousands of dollars for a DSLR housing, so if you can afford it, the trip to Japan to get it in person isn't likely much of a hindrance. (Edit: Just noticed you're in Japan -- so I guess your question was likely rhetorical. Maybe the info's of use to somebody else, though.)
Their Japanese site is here:

For Pentax, they offer housings for the K-m / K-x, W90, and W80. They also showed a prototype housing for the W60, but never mentioned it being released to the public.
You can see pics of the K-m / K-x housing here:

It ships in Japan with a port for the 18-55mm kit lens at just under US$2,800 equivalent. They also offer ports for the 50mm macro, 100mm macro, 10-17 zoom, and 12-24 zoom at around $200-230 apiece. Hence the full system would set you back a little over US$3,600, plus the cost of the camera and lenses. ;-)
