Thanks for the link.

Ver. 4.30 came in the box with my k-5 two weeks ago and as far as I can tell has the same "additions" as 4.31. Bleach Bypass for example is in the Custom Image list. Guess I will install 4.31 anyway.

Woohoo! Auto lens corrections!

The 18-135mm is already supported too, indicating that it can't be far away......

Some nice feature improvements. And general program performance seems to have improved a bit too.

DCU still has stupid UI behaviours though - like the side panels don't show scroll bars (eg the lens correction one) if they are initially sized too small to show all the items in the panel.

I suppose there is still room for improvement: correcting wb and pushing up exposure +1/4 EV of a k-x produced .jpg caused it to grow from 5 to 11 MB while losing some detail :-)

Hi

I tried to download the software utility from the pentaximaging website but it did not install in my mac OS leopard. I got some message like it was a old version - dont really know what it means by that. Can somebody help. Now I am currently downloading the link from the first post but understand it is an update, not sure if that will work.

I know. It is an old thread raised from the dead for some reason.

...but even the ver. 4.33 sucks! atleast the mac version. Keeps crashing when you open multiple images. Also it is damn slow for each move in the adjustment slider - you move the slider-wait for 3 second until you notice the bar at the bottom shows the progress and then move the slider again.

It's a crappy piece of software, from a usability point of view, no doubt... Whatever the version. It does a good job, however, if you are patient....
