Most of the latest and most reliable scoop come from Asia...

I'm sure that had some "mocked" props that they sent around to dealers etc. as well.

The AP-50 is only a K10 body without electronics inside. The 40mm DA silver is a working sample with serial number 00001. I think there is only one AP-50, but can be more than one 40mm DA, but only one with SN 00001
But as far as it is only a design part, without flash unit, if you find a K10, take out the flash unit, you can make the AP-50 working ( even a K20 if you make a hole for the flash connector.

I hope the K-5 will win the Japan "Grand Prix", then we can expect a limited edition of the K5 ( as it has been made e K10 Grand Prix, a K20 titan color edition, a K-7 Silver ) may be a K-5 gold edition ?

I'm pretty sure that's an N, not a SO. PIN and BIN are both English words, but don't really help me get any meaning from it. Well, BIN could be (the Japanese word) bottle, and mean that thing covering much of the barrel (making if AF-only?). Don't know why they'd write that in katakana though. (Disclaimer: I don't speak Japanese.)

What I know is that it is fully functional copy of K10D without popup flash electronics.

The grey A* 135 is a Prototype in planed design of the A* line like the A* 300,A*400 and bigger.
SMC Pentax-A* 300mm F2.8 ED [IF] Lens Photo - Pentax Lens Review Database
But later they bring it in the same design like the A*85 and friends.
that´s what a pentaxbuddy told me today.

best regards,andy
